How much does home watch cost in Peoria?

Straight numbers: what we charge per visit, what that adds up to by the month, and what changes the price.

Our prices

Home watch visits are $60 per visit for homes up to 2,500 square feet, and $70 per visit for homes over 2,500 square feet. The price is per visit, the same whichever schedule you choose, and we confirm it for your home before the first visit.

What that adds up to each month

A month is about four and a third weeks, so roughly:

• Every other week: about $130 a month (up to 2,500 sq ft) or $150 (over 2,500)
• Weekly: about $260 a month (up to 2,500 sq ft) or $300 (over 2,500)
• Twice a week: about $520 a month (up to 2,500 sq ft) or $610 (over 2,500)

What's included in a visit

Every visit covers our full standard checklist, inside and out, plus anything you've asked us to add, and a QRIDit report with notes and photos. Mail and packages are brought in on every visit; watering patio plants and refilling the water softener are part of a visit whenever you ask.

What's priced separately

Storm checks after a monsoon, closing the house up or opening it back up for the season, and meeting contractors or deliveries are priced separately. Tell Sage what you need and Jake will confirm the price.

What affects how much you'll spend

The size of the home sets the per-visit price. How often we visit is up to you: weekly suits most homes that sit empty for the season, twice a week makes sense in the hottest months or for a home with more going on, and every other week works for shorter trips. Your insurance company may have its own expectations for an empty home, so it's worth asking.
