When you're a thousand miles away, you shouldn't have to take anyone's word that your house was checked. Every one of our visits comes with proof.
We keep a QRID card at your home. When we arrive, we scan its QR code with the QRIDit app, and QRIDit records the date, the time and our GPS position at that moment.
QRIDit is geofenced to your address: the visit report can only be completed while we're on your property. There's no filling it in from the car down the street, or from home the next day.
We work through the checklist on site, adding photos and notes as we go: the perimeter, the doors and windows, the yard and irrigation, the water heater and water softener, under the sinks, and anything you've asked us to look at.
The GPS shows we were at your home. The photos show what we checked.
The finished report goes to your private QRIDit dashboard as soon as we're done, and you can open it from anywhere in the world. Every past visit stays there too, so you have a full record of the home's condition while you're away.
Proof of each visit is peace of mind for you, and a dated, verified record is exactly what an insurance company wants to see if something ever goes wrong. It's also how we hold ourselves to the schedule you're paying for.
