Closing a house up for the summer is a long list: the thermostat, the water heater, the water softener, the ice maker, the fridge, the washer, the irrigation schedule, the blinds, the patio furniture. Miss one and it can cost you.
We work through the list with you so nothing gets skipped. Every home is different, so we agree what you want done before you go. Our summer prep checklist is a good place to start.
Tell us when you're coming home and we open the house back up ahead of time: the AC back to a comfortable temperature, water running again, taps run and toilets flushed, and a last look around so you come home to a house that's ready, not one you have to wake up.
Need someone to let in the pest control tech, a repair person or a delivery while you're gone? We can meet them at the house, be there while they work, and lock up after. It goes in your report like any other visit.
