A Friendly Neighbor
Jake and Karina Richardson live in the Vistancia area with their two wonderful children. We love the beauty and tranquility of Vistancia and North Peoria. Jake earned his economics degree from the University of Arizona and Karina received her degree in education from Arizona State University. Together they spent the first 5 years of their marriage remodeling every inch of their first home before moving to the Vistancia area. We know from experience the work and care that goes into a home.

As current and former teachers we have passed significant background checks and maintain fingerprint clearance cards from the State of Arizona.
